Doing it anyway…#sorrynotsorry.
It’s no secret that cooler weather brings with it the best fashion (hello, layers!). But I have to admit that there are some fall days when a look through my closet leaves me feeling blue. As in blue jeans.
Now don’t get me wrong, I love blue jeans. Skinny, boyfriend, cropped, destructed – I love them all. But every once in a while I need a break from the blue.
Why is it so wrong to reach for my white jeans when denim monotony has me down? They are a go-to in the spring and summer and even make guest appearances in my winter wardrobe (winter whites are 100% a thing – don’t even try to tell me otherwise). Why is it that fall, my most beloved season, is the one time of year my white denim is off-limits?
Well, no more. I’m unapologetically rocking my whites this fall, and I have to say I’ve been loving every second. Seriously, what better way is there to show off nature’s most beautiful color palette than with the blank canvas of white jeans?
If you need photographic proof, take a peek at a few of my favorite snaps from my weekend adventure to the cutest, most autumnal little pond there ever was. Yes, there was a dilapidated barn. Perfection.
